The very first successful IVF performed in the U.S. was in Virginia in 1981. Our founder, Dr. Sueldo, started his IVF fellowship at the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1982 and graduated in 1984. As one of the first pioneers in IVF, Dr. Sueldo opened the Central California In-vitro Fertilization Program.
Since 1984, we have provided personalized, confidential help to tens of thousands of couples experiencing difficulty with fertility. Dr. Michael Synn and Dr. Carlos Sueldo along with our nurse practitioners, registered nurses and certified medical assistants, are sensitive to your unique needs and are committed to providing a caring environment, emotional support and education.
Our embryology laboratory is equipped with advanced technology to perform all modern procedures for providing the best patient care. Our embryologists and andrologists are well trained and fully certified by the State of California and the American Board of Bio-analysts (ABB).
Originally housed at Community Regional Medical Center, the program expanded to Clovis Community Medical Center in 2006 to support the new women’s service pavilion being developed there. The facility is now located in the brand new state-of-the-art medical office building at Clovis Community Medical Center.
Dr. Synn became medical director of the IVF program in 1998. He helped grow the program to its current state of success. We are focused solely on providing the highest level of quality for our patients. This means latest technology and expertise to our treatments.
